| I'm a facilitator for small businesses. I do some bookkeeping, and I prepare financial statements. I also create business plans and loan applications, working with the owner to clarify his/her goals and dreams. In the course of helping others manage business, I find myself doing many different projects -- graphing management info, establishing office systems, teaching others to use computer programs, negotiating with vendors and lenders, etc. -- and often being a friend. I do, teach, encourage, question -- whatever is needed in the particular situation to help someone run a profitable business. |
