I found this site quite by accidently.... I noticed that people are making real friends here so I am here too. . I value friendship deeply with men or women. I am strictly 100% altogether heterosexual, am open to friendship of either sex . I'm a Democrat, I have a B.A. English, my religion is "spiritual not religious" , I'm a Quaker, I love animals, great literature, movies, documentaries, nature, but unable to get out deep into the woods as often as I would like due to arthritis, I care about the environment, people of all races and religions all over the world, I may not understand someone's religion but I respect their right to experience it. I work from home part-time in sales/marketing and editing. My very favorite two places in the whole world are being around giant redwoods and walking along a beach. If I were wealthy, I would have my very own wild animal sanctuary , I wish I could dedicate my life to saving wolves, bears, big cats. However, I am a happy woman . I dearly love my modest home, I am challenged in my work, I have a good relationship with my siblings and I have several close friends who are the same as family. I have a tiny wildbird sanctuary which I started when my wolf died..... I find peace with God when I'm am in nature.

And I want to meet someone who cares about the world I don't need someone who has a big fancy car or house or important position in the communtiy. A Republican would raise my blood pressure, a born again evangelical would cause me to strangle him, and uneducated man ,well....what to talk about? I do not want to meet someone who feels casual about sex which is an expression of love, respect and trust. |
