... so I'm not looking for my other half! However, I love life and would love even more to share it with the right man.
I'm currently working in Turkey, but I'm actually dual nationality British/Australian and plan to move back to Sydney before too long - although I'm open to other possibilities.

I believe strongly in human and animal rights. I also believe in the equality of the sexes. Maybe that’s why I don’t buy into all that stuff about it being ‘natural’ for men to cheat because 4 squillion years ago they needed to spread their genes widely etc, etc..... I’m afraid I’m not looking for a caveman and, anyway, without honesty what hope is there for happiness based on really knowing each other?

I’m a lively, warm-hearted woman, I love animals and I generally get on pretty well with most people too. I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends, going to the cinema, gardening and singing. I’m sociable but I’m not afraid of my own company and like being alone sometimes.
I walk a lot for pleasure especially somewhere where I can see the sea and I also go to the gym twice a week just to keep in shape. I can't say I enjoy the gym but until they invent a pill that has the same effect I'll probably have to keep going.
If we're talking about food and drink, I love red wine, fruit, spicy food and chocolate. I'm quite good at some types of cooking (e.g. curries) but useless at others (e.g. cakes). I haven't eaten meat or fish for 28 years.
