The time for staying in is over for now. I would like to get out and have some adventures but would prefer to have a companion to go with. Maybe you would like to come along?
Physically I am a heavy set guy. About 5'11", 240 pounds with wide shoulders and a big chest and arms which I use to give great big bear hugs and carry people around. I have light skin, hazzel or multi-colored eyes, curly brown hair that I keep short or shaved. I have muscular legs, back and butt. The only thing I am self concious about is my belly but, its not a big deal. Just something else to work on. I have several body piercings but most people don't get to see them. I am also looking into getting my first tattoo shortly. I have big lips that I like to use to give kisses to people that I love. If you get me to smile for real, you can see my dimples.
I'm generally a quiet person who enjoys listening to someone's story before deciding if or how to respond. I do have my ranting moments if you get me on a topic that I feel passionately about. If I disagree with someone, I prefer to learn from their opinion rather than shout it down. I am generally interested in politics, technology, movies, music, art and nature. Sports, fads and entertainment news don't interest me that much. I would much rather go play a pick-up game of hacky sack than watch a baseball or hockey game. That said, I have had fun going to a hockey game and been caught watching basketball on occasion.
I am very thoughtful and empathetic to the needs of others. I don't open up to people very quickly because my generosity has been taken advantage of before but, I try my best not to linger and to judge every individual on their own merits.
I am very open minded and classify myself as a leftist/liberal. I anjoy meeting and getting to know a wide range of people. While the ad only allows for select options, I am actually pansexual. |

| My daughter, Kya, is currently 2 and a half. She is a great kid and I love her to death. She lives with her mother in the city most times but, I go to see her occasionally during the week and we go out every other weekend. Everyone who she meets loves her and says how adorable she is and I can't argue. Her mother and I are on good terms but have decided to stay friends and nothing else. |

| I work as a computer technician and program support specialist for a major construction company. It pays well and the benefits are good which is most important for my daughter. The work is fine but, I would some day like to get back to graphic design and 3D animation which I was doing previous to this. I would also like to take up a side job or hobby that uses my hands and gets me outside more. |

Finding some place I have never been before. Maybe a state park on a sunny day or a beach on a cloudy one. Packing a lunch and camera and going for walk. Maybe finding a place to go for a swim after walking for a bit or going to see a movie and sit in the airconditioning. I like to find secret spots to share with special people.
If the weather isn't so nice, I like to go visit art galleries, museums or aquaruims. Hanging out at a local coffee house and people watching or sitting around the living room and watching movies or playing video games are good options too if we are feeling lazy. |

I would like to find someone who I can not only be physically attracted to but, also admire as a person. Someone who shares my philosophies on generousity, non-reactionary solutions and non-judgemental views. Someone who treasures honestly and loyalty and respects other people's privacy as I do for others.
As I said, I am rather quiet and laid back so I would prefer someone who is more active, excitable and dominant. I am completely capable of make decisions but, I like people who is not afraid to suggest options and can coax me into doing things that I may not initially be willing to do on my own (its not that hard I promise). Someone who is driven in their goals and wouldn't mind me helping where I can.
As for physical attributes, I really don't have many limits. I tend to find people attractive based more on who they are over all rather then just by how they look. That said, I do have a few assets that make me get a little light headed. Androgeny is one of the major things that I can not ignore. I like short, dark hair on both women and men. I like tattoos and piecrings. I also like the punk or goth look. Height, weight and skin color are not an issue. Attributes I don't like include too much mark-up (I honeslt prefer none but a little done well is fine), overly expensive clothing, too much jewelry and that sort of thing.
Non physical attrubute that I don't like include players, dishonesty (even when done with good intentions), disloyalty, possessiveness, co-dependance, drama makers, prejudice, gossip, bad self images, bad self confidence, hypocracy. I apply all these to myself as well and I understand it is hard to keep a posistive self image and be honest sometimes but, I give respect to those that sincerely try even if they do not succeed.
Finally, someone who shares is liberal/leftist would be great so that we can share political discussions and actions. |
