| My job used to be more important then anything in my life. Then I woke up and realized that life is too short and every so often you need to put your head up and take a deep breathe and really smell the roses. I ride a harley when I'm not at work and just like to have fun. I like to just do things spontaneous and not try to make plans to ride. Just hop on Sara ( MY Bike ) and see where we end up. And try to spend alot of time with my daughter and grandchildren. They're my sunshine and you know if you sit back and listen to them, they can teach us some things. | All grown up. They have their own lives now. One decided to pick the wrong direction to go in life and the other is the one that decided on giving me my grandsons and a beautiful granddaughter. I feel very blessed to have my grandchildren in my life and be able to watch them grow. They end up teaching me about life and things sometimes. They are as important to me as my children are. I love my children more then life itself. But I try very hard to step back and let them live their own lives. It's very hard at times and I do give my advice and opinion at times if I feel I need to. But the daughter with all three of my grandkids has had pretty much a rough start of things years ago. But a couple of years ago she got lucky and found the love of her life. I couldn't be more happier for her and proud. My other daughter seems to have to learn the hard way. She was raised right. And no, I don't blame myself for her bad choices that she picked for herself. I always wanted to have lots of kids but at my age, it's too late now. Never found the guy that wanted the same things out of life that I did. I'm praying now to find a great loving guy to share in the things I want in my future. |

| I'm the Production Manager of a bakery. We're always playing in lots of dough.I love my job most days and the people that I'm in charge of are like my family. I used to be a workaholic and found out there's more to life then being at work. The close people in your life suffer more then you do for that. I enjoy seeing the donuts go down the conveyors like little soldiers and with a good day of production they all look alike and our quality is almost perfect being that we are a hands on bakery and don't have machines doing the jobs instead of people.That's what brought me from Florida to Texas. After years of doing the wrong thing of putting my job before other things in my life and my eyes got opened, I figured out with a workaholic X that life is too short and there is much more important things in life. Almost gave up a couple of times but can't give up on a job that's in your blood. I've been in all kinds of bakeries since I graduated and love to bake. Not at home much anymore though. |
