Hey there. Basically, I am unlike any woman you’ve ever met or ever will. You can’t define or stereotype me as I am multi-dimensional with depth and lots of different hobbies and interests. I am also a woman of contrasts: simple but complex; country but definitely not a redneck; educated and intelligent but not a geek; a tomboy and athletic but feminine; fun loving, playful, and childlike but mature and responsible; a dreamer but down to earth and genuine; shy and reserved but outgoing and extroverted when I’m with a man I’m interested in. There are certain characteristics I possess that have no contrasts. I am very loyal, devoted, passionate, compassionate, honest, faithful, trustworthy, independent, goal oriented, financially and emotionally stable, romantic, affectionate, caring, giving, and sweet.
Watching TV or movies is okay from time to time; however, as a woman who is active and adventurous, I would much rather do something outside during the warm summer months like playing and watching sports, traveling, running, fishing, riding horses, dining out, and shopping. Even though I don't drink, I enjoy going to bars to eat, listen to live country or classic rock music, or catch a game. I don't mind if you drink in moderation. However, I don't like to be around a lot of drunkenness.
I enjoy studying, reading about, and discussing history, specifically the Civil War. Traveling is extremely thrilling. Because I enjoy experiencing history, my destination of choice will almost always have some sort of historical significance. While I do have a few favorite places, I haven't traveled nearly as much as I’ve wanted because it's not fun if there's nobody special to share these experiences with.

I do not want to raise a family. Rather, I’m looking for a lifelong companion who is a good Christian man, someone who knows how to respect and truly love a woman even after the new and shiny has worn off, my best friend who treats me as an equal and shares my interests, passions, morals, values, and the desire to start off slowly as friends before advancing to a serious relationship and eventually to the type of marriage described in Ephesians 5:22-28: “Wives, submit yourselves unto your husbands, as unto the Lord…Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.” I’d love to submit to a man who will step up and be a leader in the relationship, a take-charge kind of guy without being controlling, a man who will make good decisions for the benefit of the relationship and not for his selfish reasons only. So no drunkards, workaholics, womanizers, druggies, smokers, or dippers. Also, I will not date someone who looks at porn because it causes dissatisfaction in relationships. Do the research on how progressively addictive and destructive it is. I want to be with a man who, when we find each other, is done looking in every sense of the word because I will be. I want to be with someone who wants a relationship that is real, not some fantasy. I refuse to compete with anybody’s addictions and bad habits because it’s a losing battle. I have none in my life, which means all of my attention, mind, heart, and soul are completely free to give to some lucky man. It’s not unfair to ask for the same in return.
God blessed me with everything I have in my life and that includes a big heart full of true love. I want to give it all away to someone in order to make room for all the true love he will return to me. |
