If you're kind of curious as to why they call me Milkman... it's mostly because I'm painfully white when I play basketball and I happened to be the only white guy playing one day during my Freshman year of high school. I still suck at basketball, I just enjoy playing it.
Anyway, my name is Matt. I graduated high school back in 2005, joined the Army Reserve, went to basic training and my advanced training for 6 months, got back at the end of November in 2005, and am currently going to school at East Tennessee State University. I'm majoring in Television Production.
Also, I like unicorn, poetry, and long walks on the beach.
...Just kidding.
But seriously, I'm a laid back guy. I get along with pretty much anyone... I guess to be more specific, I can tolerate pretty much anyone.
I'm a pretty nostalgic guy... I go into periods where I remember parts of my life that made me into, well, me. I'll stay on those kicks for a few days at a time, but it ain't no thang.
If you care about interests at all, some of my favorite movies are "John Carpenter's The Thing", "Bubba Ho-Tep", and "American Beauty". I'm generally a big fan of horror movies, although I love all movies. I love them so much that I'm hoping to become a filmmaker some day. (5 non-points to the first person who makes a porno joke here!)
As far as music, I like basically all types of rock. Classic, modern, alternative... it's all gravy. My favorite bands include Green Day, Blink182, Fall Out Boy, All-American Rejects, The Ataris, KISS, AC/DC, Boston, and Journey.

| A great date for me is just being out with someone. I'm old school enough to enjoy dinner and a movie, or a picnic. A good hook for me would be just going to a park or the middle of the city during non-rush hour, and just walking around and observing. Maybe a stop at a museum of some type, or stopping at a little ice cream parlor. I still get a lot of joy out of the simple things in life. |

I'd like someone who is good humored and good natured. If you can't laugh at yourself, then you're probably a little too stuck up for me. I'm willing to make fun of myself, but if you can't handle me poking a little fun at you every now and then, then bugger off.
I also like girls that aren't afraid to be tomboys if the moment calls for it. It's fine to be all pretty and everything... but hey, dirt washes off if you scrub hard enough, you know?
Just be an all around good person, and we should be fine. Generous, thoughtful, humble, funny... you know the type. But is it you?
I'm not afraid to put differences in taste aside, as long as you aren't either. You can hate things that I like, but don't expect me to get all googly eyed over things you like that I might not. Just deal with some of my passions, and I'll do my best to deal with some of yours.
