| I organize functions at a local university. Anywhere from black tie affairs to casual functions. I work for the company that provides the university's dining services. I also welcome the students into the dining hall every evening for dinner. It's a great job, made for me, since I'm a people person! Plus I really only work about 8 months out of the year, having summers off, spring and fall breaks, & a month off at Christmas time.
