| Full time Administrative Assistant for a distributor. I've been working for the same company since '93. Every job has occassional dislikes (no compensation for my work, boss is a slave driver, depts work against each other instead of with each other ~ isn't that some of the norms????????? lol) but seriously, that's why it's called a JOB. I'm fortunate enough to say, those negative things don't happen often and that's why I've been there so long and the benefits are great! On top of that, we recently had a company wide survey done and we ended up marking better than some of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" ~ not bad!!! |
