hi hope you can understand why i stayed with my ex for so long, with the mental/physical abuse going on, i know some people just dont get it or understand, now as its all over and hind sight is 20/20 and back then i couldnt see the forest for the trees  i now realize all i had to do was call 911 but there were times we didnt have a phone, but i could have ran out the house to the neighbors no one really knows unless you have lived it, im gald its all over now
