There is so much to tell about me. I have been many places and worn many hats in my short life. I've been to Washington D.C. fighting for an Environmental cause I believed in. I've been to jail for doing something I should have know better than to try. I've hiked Mount Wilson and seen Halley's Comet. I've managed an Italian restaurant. I've traded options on the stock market. I've been a boy scout and saved two lives from my training. I've been in love, been betrayed, lost loved ones to death, seen new loved ones born before my very eyes. I've lost hope and faith. I found truth. I've fought to regain my faith in humanity and restored my hope. I'm up for any adventure, alone or with a good friend.
I like intellectual conversations about physics, mathematics, political science, history, literature, art, music, dance. I can turn a good leg, satisfy social ettiquette, and I'm always polite. Go to the Dragonfly Coffeehouse, enjoy yummy cappuccinos and conversation with the random denizens there. Go to the Cue Club for a couple rounds of 9-ball, which I can teach if you haven't played it. Go for a drive south of Salem and let a little horsepower out to play. Walk you to your door and say goodnight.
Or, maybe play chess in the park on a Sunday afternoon. Perhaps we could play frisbee instead or just watch people and make guesses about the lives of strangers. Movies are definately out until we get a chance to know what kind of stories we like to hear and see, but eventually catching a matinee and talking about it afterwards would be nice.
Then again, I can be pretty spontaneous. I've had more fun spending five dollars on a date than I have when I've blown five hundred. It just goes to show you that money can't buy happiness. |
