As a former hang glider pilot, downhill skier, and offroad racer, I have settled down to more mundane activities....sort of. ;-)
I love anything in, on, or under the ocean. Power boating, sailing, winery tours, bicycling, blues, jazz or rock concerts, dancing, fishing, kayaking, woodworking, snorkeling, SCUBA, tennis and weekend getaways are some of my interests. I'm also very handy with tools....even in the kitchen!!
I attend Spanish classes two times per week and have elevated my language skills to the point where I am extremely dangerous!! :-)
Improving my salsa dancing is my next goal.

Work used to be very important and thankfully I loved it. I was a computer software developer, designer, manager, and project manager for many years. I was fortunate to be able to retire several years ago, and finally decided to pursue my dream of building a home on the water in Mexico.
I formed a Mexican corporation, started to build a house, got sidetracked and built four apartments and two small stores...and that house is nearly done!! Okay, I've also been sidetracked by my love of fishing...and diving...and exploring...and.... well, you get the idea.
I'm very active in a children's charity group as well as an organization to care for stray dogs. In honor of Veteran's Day, I've decided to add that I served in the United States Air Force many years ago and maintain a great deal of respect for those that serve today. |
