I'm laid back, pretty easy going and enjoy all kinds of things like music, movies, exploring the city, cooking classes, working out and so on. The bar scene does not interest me whatsoever. I'd rather see a great (or even not so great) movie, see some live music, take a walk on the lakefront, read a book, take a road trip, enjoy a cup of coffee with some great company, laugh till my sides hurt, and so on.

I love my job, I really do! (How often do you hear people say that?)
It took awhile, but I've learned to balance work and my personal life, and I'm really proud of that.
What I enjoy -- the work itself (accounting/finance/operations), my staff (although they make me a little crazy sometimes, lol), the other employees and the laid back, casual atmosphere in the office.
What I dislike -- I work in a predominantly male office and sometimes they tend to take the women in the office for granted. Although I've learned to keep them in check! lol |

First date - definitely something where we'd be able to talk without having to yell across the table at a noisy restaurant. :) Probably a walk along the lakefront or maybe coffee -- keep it simple, I say! :) It's a first date afterall.
Subsequent dates -- depends. Daytime date would probably be hitting a museum, taking a cooking class, or doing something outdoorsy. Evening date would probably be dinner, movie or something along those lines.
