Hi ! sit down and read for awhile. I am 49 yrs old and separated. I am open and honest, sometimes to a fault. I say whats on my mind, not rudely, but I believe in honesty and not playing head games with someone. I try to be a friend and a good listener. Right now it seems there are no guys out there that want to be friends first and take it slow :(.
I love to cook and try new recipes, watch movies, I like to read and do some crafts, gardening, going to fairs and festivals, yard sales, fishing( I love it, but won't bait the hook YUCK) , bowling ( not great at it, but its fun and worth a few laughs, or just window shopping thru the mall.Going for a nice Motorcycle ride ( as long as I dont drive LOL ) Had a Buell and it was fun but I guess I am not too coordinated, so it got sold. I like country music, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Reba, Toby Keith etc, but like oldies and classic/soft rock too , anything but Rap I guess.

| I have 2 sons, one is 16 and lives with me, the older one is married with kids of his own and lives close by so I get to see them often. I am close to my kids & Grand-daughters and am family oriented. I really am LOW MAINTENANCE!! I guess you will see that on here alot, but I really am! Material things are NOT #1 in my view. I would enjoy something as simple as coffee or dinner and some bowling, a fishing day, or a movie, a walk in the park with a picnic...something easy, relaxed and low key and fun. I like to entertain and having friends over for a BBQ or a friendly poker game ( not too good at poker LOL) would be nice.
A great date to me would be anything simple as long as the conversation is good and if no chemistry, well maybe a friendship. You can never have too many friends in this crazy world. |

I would like to meet someone that has things in common with me. Someone that is caring, compassionate,honest, trustworthy, romantic, funny yet can be serious when the need arises. Someone that is willing to put an effort into a relationship. I think that a good solid relationship is based on give and take, not take take take , My ideal person has to be honest,funny, adaptable, willing to do stuff on the spur of the moment, able to carry on a conversation. If you like to sit on the sofa and stare at the TV for hours without muttering a word, you are definitely not for me LOL. I am romantic and like to do little things for a special someone, like making a nice dinner and having him over for that with candles and maybe some nice music..
The person that I would like to meet should be outgoing, funny, likes pets, and someone that can get along with people and enjoy the simple things in life. Although my son's father is not in the picture often, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A DADDY FOR HIM, I would like to meet someone that can talk to my son's, maybe do things as a group with us, just be a nice guy that can share in the things I do alone and with my kids and grandkids. If you are looking for perfection or "Barbie" thats not me and thats OK, but dont waste my time or yours. I feel comfortable in jeans and TShirt but also enjoy dressing up if the occasion arises. I like to go for walks even if its just in this small town I live in. Riding motorcycles is another thing I enjoy, but to be honest, I have tried to ride alone and its just not for me, I guess i am not right/left brain coordinated!!! But I do make a decent backseat rider :-) as long as u dont scare the heck outta me, then I will just have to hold on and squeeze you harder !! I like to laugh and sometimes when I get started I cant stop..sounds kinda goofy, but Hey! |
