I can best describe myself as being quiet and reserved until I get to know somebody, after that I loosen up. I am not a bar person, don't really enjoy them except when I go with a group of people I know.
I've had the same job for 9 years and work second shift (3 pm-11:30 pm), it would be nice to find someone with close to the same schedule.
My idea of dressing up is a newer pair of blue jeans and a nice button up shirt (don’t get me wrong I will wear nicer clothes if the need arises). Flip-flops, shorts, and a T-shirt or Hawaiian shirt are my normal clothes on the weekends.
I’m an avid motorcycle rider and have been known to make long trips (sometimes over 1000 miles) just to meet up with some friends for lunch. I’m not the typical “biker” type, I’m into it for the ride not the “image” (not really into the leather and tattoos). Riding bar to bar just doesn’t really do anything for me. I would love to find someone who enjoys riding as much as I do either riding with me or riding their own bike.
I enjoy sailing (though I haven’t done it in a while), working on the house, and flying R/C helicopters and airplanes (I know it’s a little nerdy but I enjoy it).
Movies that I like are good comedies, doomsday movies, scary movies (Saw, Alien, etc.), and last but not least zombie movies (no matter how corny they are).
Most of the time, I watch Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Science Channel, Food Channel, etc. Occasionally I’ll watch something corny like South Park, and The Simpsons. I do watch My Name is Earl, Dexter, and Lost whenever they are not repeats. |
