I'm a single, professional male. Pretty normal, in the sense that I like to fish, play with power tools, and things of the like. I have a pretty good life. I'd just like someone to share it with!
I have manners, and open doors for women and children (this has earned me much grief with women that assume that if I open a door for them, I am thinking they can't do it for themselves; Wrong! I was just acting the way I was raised).
I have a job, and have been with the same company for over twenty years. I have never been to prison, or even jail. I have all of my teeth, and see a dentist regularly. I (along with the bank) own my home. I spend a significant amount of time working on my old house, but I prefer it to a new house, as it has character.
I do not smoke, unless you set me on fire (old joke, couldn't help myself. Sorry!), and I prefer that you do not smoke as well. I will drink (if others are) in a social setting, but I can easily live without it. I have no children, but I enjoy being around them. Actually, I'd like to be a father, but it is looking like I may have missed out on this opportunity.
I do not live with my parents, or any other room mates. I am not wanted by, "the man," nor has he been keeping me down.
I choose to be responsible for things that happen in my life, so that I can also influence change for the positive (this is very important to me).
I am not on anti-depressants or other psychotic medications, nor have I any reason to be. I am not a stalker. I am not creepy. I am not mean. I am not obese. I realize that these are some pretty basic things, but in reviewing what is available, these items are good for starters.

I'm looking for a woman that is comfortable with herself, and has a sense of humor. That is the most attractive feature a woman can have. I don't need a super model. Rail-thin is not attractive. Cute with a womanly figure is always nice. Being able to look good in jeans and a t-shirt, or a little black dress (you, not me) would be nice!
