| I recently was promoted at work to the position of LIP, which is Leader Intern Program, but it's also used as a noun (ie: has anyone seen an LIP lately?) so I'm pretty excited about that. More money. No more taking phone calls. More money. I think it's right up my alley because I'm great at delegating assignments, micro-managing, and dealing with people and situations. I guess it's outside of work that I tend to lack that same confidence. |
