Eric says "Hellooo Miss Helen", can one of the boys come over to play tomorrow if it don't rain? If it does rain we can play with my cars or the play station.
He has been real good this week. Behaved like a champ at the movies yesterday, cleaned his room today, helped with the laundry, and got a hair cut. New acne medicine from Dr Lazlo to boot. I don't mind if one comes over, maybe two, if is nice and they can play outside.

Hoppy Easter to you too! Guess what...Dusty went to take the ham out of the oven, and you know that new glass baking dish I bought. It blew all to hell. In his hands, all over the oven, the floor, the counter. Thank god he wasn't hurt. No burns or cuts.

Hi Helen - read your post re: peroxide. IF you don't have peroxide - a tbsp of SALT will do the same thing. Be sure you are outside - as some "toss it" right away (even if they had eaten it (say a sock or....) a long time ago (6 hours ago).
The rest of your info is very good. I normally use just the rice for the first 12 hours, then slowly go back to regular food. I cook the rice with TWICE the amount of water, and add a bit of chicken boullion for flavor. After it simmers 25 minutes, just set it off the heat for a long while - to cool, and to absorb the extra water.
So sorry about your friend, but glad he/she is OK now.
(fyi - I have a training kennel, so see LOTS of dogs.... )
