I AM single and have been for awhile. Hope you are/have been too. I took early retirement after a long career in the legal field. I live a very full life. Like many others on the planet, I wouldn't mind sharing it with the right person. Guess I'm not unique in that regard.
I honestly think on-line dating is an artificial environment, but certainly better than the bar scene, which is something I don't/won't do. Did I mention I'm outspoken in my viewpoints? But if you've gotten this far, you're probably a man who can handle that. (Right here, I'd be rolling my eyes, but online you can't see that.)
While I'm enthralled with the beauty of nature, I DO NOT want to share close quarters with it, i.e. camping, hunting, fishing. I know, I know - the bike, but I don't throw a sleeping bag over the back. I have taken long trips - and crashed at a motel.
I also enjoy gardening - vegetables mostly as I like to eat well and try to go for healthy.
My spiritual life is deep and rich. It is not a theory. I practice it daily. Lastly, while I believe interests are fine, it ultimately is integrity, strength of character, mutually held beliefs, common goals in life and that good old elusive quality called "chemistry" that determine the depth, quality and longevity of a relationship.
