| I'm passionate about learning. I'm an info junkie & find most anything interesting, but some things hold my attention longer than others. I'm interested in philosophy, theology, science, cosmology, psychology, sociology, culture, history, natural medicine, nutrition, art, you name it. I'm interested in how humans interact. I'm interested in law & politics, but take a wide, historical view based on the past 8,000 years of human history. I was talented at track, baseball, soccer & swimming but preferred alternative sports like skateboarding, surfing, BMX, rock climbing, hacky sack, martial arts, weight lifting, etc. I can make friends laugh till they're on the floor gasping for air. They can't sip their drinks or they'll be laughing it through their noses or peeing their pants. Also, I co-own a computer biz, but I'm slowly studying to be a Unitarian minister; not to preach - I just love theology & being active in my church (look up Unitarianism if you're curious). I'm very open-minded when it comes to religion. I'm like Matthew McConaughey in "Contact" -a man of the cloth without the cloth.. more likely to roll up on a Harley than to give communion. What else? I was a rescue worker at Ground Zero in NY - people seem to find that interesting. Also, I hope to climb Everest by 2013. Hope to do some climbing training with my team in New Zealand in '09 coming up. Even these days it's pretty damn deadly, so you really have to work up to the challenge if you want to summit Everest. What else? I'm saving up for a new motorcycle. I'm done with fixing up/riding vintage ones. Too much hassle. I want one that smells brand new. (lol) I like hanging with friends & family. I like dating & romance. I think it's VERY important to keep things as “just friends” until there's real chemistry, not just lust. Lust is okay, but not without chemistry. A foundation of friendship is a must. |

| I enjoy such a wide range of activities there's not enough room to list them here. Variety and keeping it fresh is always the theme. There are tons of places to go and tons of fun things to do, so I think it's more important who you're with. I think it's best to email or chat on the phone a bit and if you have great conversations and fun doing that, you'll probably enjoy hanging out doing whatever. I like going to unique or ethnic places to eat, or cool little coffee houses. We could go rock climbing, or riding horses, go to a museum or a movie, or cuddle at home and watch a chick flick, or go out dancing or to the roller rink, or whatever. As long as we kept it fun, light and relaxed. I also like finding scenic places to take walks. Mostly, I like good conversation, laughing a lot, cracking up my dates with my great sense of humor, connecting on mental and emotional levels, and just following that adventure of finding the right person with whom you can really build something meaningful. I want to go out dancing more - swing, salsa, ballroom, disco - whatever. I probably suck at dancing, but I'm willing to get out there and fake it till I get better. :-) Seriously though, I think I could be a great dancer if I had the right partner who was also into it and we did it all the time. Practice makes perfect enough. :-) |

| I'm looking for a woman who can love herself and be kind to herself in humble yet powerful ways. You can't love another when you don't even like yourself. If you're down on yourself or negative about life, or blame everything on the world we probably wouldn't get along. I'm looking for someone who is somewhat intelligent, attractive, and works at keeping somewhat fit (although I love women with curves)... someone who respects others and herself, someone not into drugs or heavy drinking, someone who is at least spiritual and has morals. You need to be open-minded and respectful of the ideas, philosophies & religions of others, or even lack of religion. I was raised Christian but am interested in all religions, and even practice Buddhist meditation to some extent. But I'd say I'm somewhere between agnostic and spiritual. I'm seeking answers to my own personal spiritual questions. Anyway, I'm also looking for someone who knows how to laugh and have fun. Oh yeah, and you have to work at Hooters, or be an ex-Playboy bunny. haha - just kidding. You'll think this is a line, but if you get to know me, you'll know that I'm not bullshitting you when I say that I'm more interested in your mind and soul, than I am in your body.
