| I'm a country boy that has experienced the city and still my am glad that I'm back in the country on Lake Eufaula where the peace and quiet are so much healthier than any place I can think of being ! Good choices in food and drink have been well worth the effort in keeping my health and body up to par, course don't we all fall off the wagon when one finds themself at a smorgasboard so I do try to avoid places where temptation may not be so good for me. Well, better choices in all areas creates an umbrella of comfort/satisfaction even though sparkle/dazzle/bright lights and flavors can be tempting. I simply believe that one's own continued attempt in the direction of self improvement cannot work against one's desire for a continuing better life. A healthy mind is more than likely found in a healthy body, its one of the few rewards of life !! Don't get me wrong here, everyone is entitled to be and do what they wish, its a crazy world out there and taking care of #1 is very important I do believe !! |
