| Over the last 20 years I've worked mainly in two fields publishing and not-for-profit. I've been a business editor for several publishing companies. I've also worked for many not-for-profit organizations as a freelance consultant and fulltime salaried employee. I've done pr, fundraising, and worked as the executive director for one small group. I just got a new job as the director of finance for a small group downtown. Work is important because it defines me and gives structure to my life. There is only so much shopping one person can do and now i can shop online! |

| I think when you live in a city like New York you have to explore the myriad of dining options. I like fancy dinners and I like to find a great bistro that knows how to make a fabulous burger. Food is a great ice breaker and I lovwe to see how the person interacts with me in a relaxed environment where we can get to know one and other and exchange information and ideas. If that part of the evening goes well, then we'll just let it go wherever it needs to go and feels natural. |

| Absolutely is nothing more important to me than intelligence. You could be a GQ model and if you are inarticulate and have nothing on your mind I will lose interest in a NY minute. I love to be stimulated mentally before physically. I dont like arrogance but admire men who are confident and good at what they do. A sense of humor is essential and he must be open minded. Even if you disagree there has to be a respect for the other person's opinion and ability to express it. It is also important that he understands I am not an "old fashioned girl."
