| My life is a continuous adventure. I hate frames and boundaries that are not derived in dialogue and motion - i.e., I don't do well in organized groups with rules that predate me. My life has been one long motion of working to create a world I want to live in, where we actually care about our children, love them, and don't use them as cannon fodder for our fears. To me, life should be lived at the limit of our understanding, always leaping from the cliff face, knowing life will catch us if we listen and feel. At this age, I deeply enjoy a woman who has left behind trying to be something for men, and is instead on her own course to drink deeply of her life's river, and simply go. I don't want something from a woman but the gifts she brings, which are without my ability to measure or compare. I love a woman who brings forth a confidence in her ability to be just as good as the situation requires, and not as a 'woman', but as a person. I love in a woman the energy that says her sexuality is a means of play, of healing, of connecting, of being a large mammal whose arousal system is most unlimited when she doesn't worry about what will her partner think. Rather how does she make her sexual adventure visible to her partner. I love a woman who loves being a mammal...not a socially restricted doll, living out deep moralities pounded into us a child, but a mammal who knows that touch is good, that play is good, that sex isn't a bartering tool or a currency ("you can't touch me until I'm not mad!"). Life is sacred...not sex...life. Sex is a vehicle of our expression in a million different forms.
And I love in a woman a voice that is lifted against those things that harm her world, and a heart that opens to those who suffer. I've spent a lifetime working to heal a planet...I love that energy in a partner that at least understands in a fundamental way why people do that. |
