I am a 47 year old incredible woman--and so modest, too:-). Did I mention a sense of humor? I am a single woman with two grown children. My career is in education, and I love it!
Some of the things I like to do are: camping, fishing, bonfires, writing, theater, dancing, singing, playing pool, current events, politics, intellectual conversation, the vastness of the universe and just plain being playful. I'm a woman that embraces and accepts both sides of me--the side that can dress up and be a soft woman and the side that is strong and loves blue jeans, a cap, etc. I am not a bar fly, but I will have a drink here and there. I am pretty much debt free and own my own home. I'm not materialistic, looking for same.

| I write and implement grants, budgets, etc. to support the academic growth of inner-city children. I train teachers and administrators- locally and nationally- on how to implement data-driven instruction and various new strategies to help with the improvement of academic achievement and to better understand The No Child Left Behind Act. My love is science; however, I feel children are our greatest resource. They are our future, we all need to be involved in their growth. It's the greatest contribution you can give to humanity's future. Volunteer to be a mentor! |
