My children come first after God. I have a 5 yr old who lives in TN and I fly to see him for now. I am not going to let him slip away from my life. | I have a boy 4 yrs old, a girl 17 yrs old, and a boy 24 yrs old. My divorce is now final as of May 7th. I have no friends or family in TN so i moved in with my sister in NC for now. I love my children SO MUCH. We adopted our 5 year old when he was 3 days old. Nobody in his family wanted him. He is the light of my life. I call him almost everyday. My daughter is still daddy's little girl. We had so much fun together. We made each other laugh till we cried ever since I can remember. She has my sense of humor. I'm sure she will come around because she is a little bitter about the divorce. I know she loves me. My 24 yr old lives in VA with his mom and I talk to him not as much as I should. I have stayed in touch all his life and visited him a few times, but there have been long spans of not calling. We always have exchanged cards and gifts at BD's and Christmas. But since I've been in NC, I've seen him a couple of times and call more often. Since i have been in NC I have gotten to see my family more. I am starting a new life and I am going to try and get it right this time. |

I want a Christian but they would not have to go to church. Just so they believe in God and Jesus and prayer. I want to meet an honest person who communicates and says what's on their mind. No beating around the bush when asked a question. That sends a red flag. I want a humble person but assertive at the same time when they have to be.
They must love their children and be able to accept mine when they visit. Looks are not important. It's what's on the inside that counts.
