| Born on May 5, 1969 in a little town I have come to call Wonderland. Spending most of my youth shut up behind closed doors, I managed to evade the closed minds of the social order and learned to deal with every obstacle that I faced. Being blessed with open-minded parents, I was encouraged to find my own path in life and disregard other negative influences which tried to mold me into society's cookie-cutter image. Enlightened to the prejudice and discrimination that was illustrated everyday, I grew aware of the intolerance I would face and prepared myself emotionally for the persecution I would later ensue. "Wonderland" became to me as Wonderland was to Alice, a nice place to visit - but not to stay. It was a place which enabled my creative and artistic mind to blossom without profuse excruciation but I couldn't prosper either. Allieviated by the tolerance of the underground culture, I opened myself up to many styles including gothic lolita, medieval and renaissance, victorian, vampiric, cyber industrial goth, retro pin up, and many more. At the age of 14/15 I took my first serious interest in photography. I studied everything through the lense of my camera and became passionate about the beauty it brought out in a world I had grown to think was so dull and forlorn. Even Alice at one point had stated, "What is the use of a book... without pictures or Conversations?" The exquisiteness of how the world seemed to change within a photo captivated me and I loved it. Now at the ripe age of 37 I have grown to have a very sweet and sensual yet hot-tempered personality. I enjoy working with others and seize any opportunity to take my place in the spotlight. In the years to come I hope to meet more open-minded and creative souls who can overcome the prejudices that currently keeps me from flourishing in my fields of interest.
