When going through profiles, there are often many that you have gone over and have no interest in the person. There should be a filter on this, that so you can, when searching for profiles, make them not show up. That way, if you are doing a search that gives you many pages(such as 10 or 20), you can narrow down from people you have looked at and decided not to message, and then people you have not seen, or might still have an interest in.

I think you can enable "tracking" and the last 60 people who you've viewed will show up in you "view history" (um, that might just be for gold members, though  )
I don't do searches much, but when I do, the people's pictures show up (with their names and locations) and I usually remember the ones I've seen before...especially if they've made an impression (those can be added to "favorites")

I am not asking for a view history. I am asking for a way that you can check out everyone in the US and by filtering get rid of profiles from appearing that you are not interested in, more so than is currently possible. Being as I am a gold member, I am not asking for something I already have. What I am saying is, say you look at a "who's online" and with your filters, you find 10 people. Say you're not interested in 7. You mark those 7 as not wanting to see in the future. Then an hour later you check. 5 of those who you marked as not wanting to see are offline, as is 1 of those you were interested in. But, 3 more that fit your filter that have not been previously disqualified log on. You would then see 5 possibles instead of 7. Now, I know this is small numbers, but when you get to searching the whole US, you get dozens and dozens of results. This feature would allow you to keep your choices down even when searching nationally, after you have searched for a couple days, allowing you to see new people a lot easier as well as those you are still interested in.

Ok The reason why I have allways loved matchdocotor is because when you clicked on new user you could search new users by what state you wanted and new within 7 days. NOW ITS not like that they just bring up new users in the hole unitedstates and you may have to sit and look for minutes befor ever seeing who is new in your state. I no a few more thats not happy about this also. Does anyone feel the way I do.

So will this be added back where we can search new user by state if not please let me know because me and 4 others I know is not interested in being a member here then. Because we love taht part of ya sight and we do agree that ya are a great sight. I am not shure just who I do not know on here will leave because od thsi. I really hope we can get this back on here soon. I enjoy being a member on here..

I don't want to know new users of any age anywhere in the world. I want to know in my state (actually, within a 50 mile radius would be better!!) and in a specified age range.

I do not understand this..
First of all, it's the weekend now...and I'm not even sure if everyone (techie-wise) works onsite in an office all the time (or even 24/7).
Second, I thought MD answered the same day you asked:

Just use the regular search function. The recent users show up first in the results and you can search by distance, location and so forth.
This is a (mostly) free site. I wouldn't complain too much.

You will be able to see new users by state soon. Possibly later today or tomorrow.
If you use the mini search on your home page, you can check the option of "new users" too.

ok I will check tomorrow its still not back yet. but I will waight. And yes I no this is a free sight mostely but I feel like the way it was befor where we could do the new user search by state was great. Tahts all and so do some others I no on here.

Are you still playin'?  I noticed that there haven't been ANY "new users" since October 24 (and yes, I hit shift/refresh  )
Also, you have "Guam", but not "Puerto Rico" or "US Virgin Islands". Those places are US and have zip codes also...and are a whole lot closer to visit than GUAM ~grin~ (American Samoa is another missing quasi-US venue)

It should be showing new users again, SunBabe. I hope we can get to USVI, Puerto Rico and any other colonies/territories/protectorates soon.
