I think the duplicates have to be reported...there are a lot of people (generally couples or co-workers or roommates) who share a computer or at least an IP. That's correct. If you believe someone is running multiple accounts, click "Report Abuse" from their profile. Give us their other screen name as well and someone will investigate.
We won't disallow multiple accounts from the same IP because an entire household (or office) can share a single IP. Who are we to ruin their fun?
