If you look at the link below,
you can see where I got five comments from one person.
I didn't get any email notification from these?

waiting for a tech to answer this. i haven't got a clue except that all the repeater/double-quadruple posts were apparently done at the same time. probably confused something in the system? (i don't think you get notifications if you contribute to your own blog, btw. or maybe i should test that theory some time before saying anything about it, lol  )

No, you don't get email notifications when you add to your own blog.
The ones I refer to, were made quite quickly, but some have different times.
(I haven't paid him  )
I'll leave them there for the moment, for tech to see and maybe find out why?

it was hiccups, but a techy issue for sure. (a lot of times we delete things like that when or if we see them, but not always on peoples blogs where they can do that themselves. sometimes commentors are intentionally overly exhuberant, lol, but i think that one was accidental.)

The poster probably did make a mistake, but I still got no email notification for his comments. Where is techy?

It was just this one member, I got none from.

Naw....this has been going on for a month or more. I get message notifications hours after I have read them. I used to get them minutes are they were sent.
I started a thread here but no answers.

We corrected some issues with mail, you should receive notifications a lot faster now. Let us know if anyone is still having issues with getting notifications promptly.

I try to keep up on these things, but just in case I missed it, is there a reason that the notifications for mail do not appear if you stay in the forums. I find myself checking back regularly but sometimes I forget, and sure enough, I was sent one, about a minute after I last checked. Most of us do not want to post " you have mail " in the forums......So more curious than anything. If it just is, we can understand that, but the unknown is driving us crazy.( and sometimes makes us appear rude )

Blu..I'm talking about notices to my private email telling me I have mail on MD. The red blinky box works fid if you go "home" from time to time.
