Blog "Trash" Problem

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but when I click on the trash can, in order to delete a blog, nothing happens. I tried dumping cookies, and even refreshing the page. Please help. I'm trying to clean house.

I didn't create this thread to be insulted. Hmmmmph!  
Maybe the system is blonde, because...I swear...it wasn't something I was doing wrong. I mean, what does it take to push a button? Rocket Science?
