Photos Pending Approval

I have had two pics pending in my private photos for about four days now. 
Can someone fix it please?
I am running out of tissues to dry my eyes.
I have had to take time off work because my eyes are all puffy.
I don't get sick pay, work long hours and never take any holidays.

It could be five days, I think it was on Sunday that I uploaded them. 
Now I will have to phone in sick again today

As is the case with the lovely lass ^^^^^^^^ . . .my photo has also been stuck in "pending" all week.
I have submitted a "ticket" on this and would appreciate some sort of response . . .

I got stocked up on tissues for the weekend.
My boss says-
''it's ok, take off as much time as you need!''
They are very understanding in times like these,
so they may even sign me off on long term sick. 
Now I know I shouldn't really tell you that, because now who knows
how long you will take, but it's ok, we are friends, take all the time you need.

It happens sometimes, you just have to wait.
Buy some tissues and go on the sick.

Back to my weight problem.
It was four stone to be exact, that's a lot of liposucking to be done

Some photos take I think 24-48 hours.......they could be backlogged...... or I think it has to be a jpeg.....and certain size photo..........or sometimes I think there rejected cuz it isn't clear........or you just resubmit......and usually there fine...........but.......I am not for sure....... 
My friend just got hers rejected and not sure why..... I told her to resubmit.......does anyone have any suggestions.....
