Accurate height selections in profiles....

I'm 6'1, but that apparently isn't an available selection for the profiles, so I selected 6'2.
I realize that I'm may be silly in wondering, but why are certain height selections unavailable?
No, this isn't anything major, but I prefer to be as honest and accurate as possible in my profile, so I thought I'd ask.

You have to be a gold member to get all the choices.  Us free members only get every other inch.

...otherwise I'd have posted myself as 5'6 3/4"...or even 5'7" (Sheesh, when I was growing up, I used to be a TALL blonde, too. I haven't shrunk -- yet, lol -- but lately I'm actually feeling short  It's a novelty ~grin~)

I have always been of the opinion that the available choices do not encourage people to provide an accurate self appraisal. The favorite misuse . ."Average" . . .
I would like to see the addition of a dialog box where we members could either explain, excuse or perhaps justify there "check mark" choices.
When given the opportunity . . .I usually chose "other", and then explain that I am "a barrel chested ex-jock that needs to be reminded to "suck it in" whenever there is a camera in the vicinity"
Of course . . .YMMV and always consider the source and his deteriorating eyesight.

the option...I'm afraid to double check my height...I used to be 5'8 1/2"
(If I have to shrink, why can't it be horizontally?:)
