Pages loading so slow

When I go from topic to topic the page loads very slow. Some times it does not load at all. The page looks like it is going to load (turns blue) and then the page turns white and does nothing. I have to go back three or four times to get it to load or try a different page. Some times I just leave MD as nothing will load. Any suggestions?

No suggestions, but it's been happening to me too for about the last 2 weeks or so. It's especially bad in the morning.

This slowness comes and goes, what's up with that? This morning pages are loading VERY slowly again....

I have DSL and very very rarely have a slow connection to most websites. Dial-up is very slow if this server is used.
Cleaning those long list of history and temp folders leaves more space in the hard drive disc as well as doing regular maintenance once a week or once every two weeks depending on how much and how fast information is stored.

I have DSL and was coming into MD through AOL. The pages loaded very slow. Then I tried Internet Explorer and I am not having any problems with the pages loading slow. I also have cleared things out using Ad-Aware, Defrag and the Disk Cleaner. Re-booted and I can go from topic to topic without any problem. Pages load fine.

Wow, is it me or matchdoctor? The pictures won't load including the emoticons. I have refreshed my browser and my windows and still sooooo slooooooooooow. So much that I can't find buttons and have to click all over the page just to find it. (Insert beating head against the wall and pounding on the computer moties here.)
