I was curious...if somebody has a user blocked, are they still able to comment on that person's blogs?

Yep.
I don't think there is anything they can do to fix that.
That is why I gave my password to someone I trusted. So that they  could keep my blogs clean while I was at work. (And post a few for me too  )

I think if you have someone blocked and have it set so you have to approve comments before they go on...
Since you'll never see that whoever you have blocked tried to comment, you can't approve it, thus the blockie can't comment...
or something like that...

Right...but there's somebody that's commented a couple of times on my blogs, and both times I sent a little email after. Neither email has been read, leading me to think that this person has me blocked.
I don't think that's cool. If somebody has blocked me, even if I have not blocked THEM, why do they still have the right to comment on my blogs?
And Miss Meems....when has anyone had anything bad to say about any of your blogs?

EF....I think anyone who does that is a  well, I think you know where I was going with that.
If YOU have someone blocked, they cannot comment on your blog, email you, comment on your pics or post a shout-out on your profile.
It certainly makes no sense if they have blocked you why they would want to comment on your blogs....well, except for what I started to say up there^^^^^

they may have read the email and clicked the 'mark unread' button so that they remember to get back to you later. i have to do that myself sometimes when i'm tied up doing something. 
also, you happen to live in montserat this week, ET, and swizlerland before. they could have their filters set so that mail from overseas winds up you know where and they never think to look there.

Yes, FM...I did move to my other home last week. So sweet of you to notice! But I felt that, with summer coming, a move from the shadow of the Alps to somewhere a bit more sunny was appropriate, don't you? *blinks innocently*
