Why i cannot launch the chat tool or enter the chat room now?

Hi everyone, i'm a new comer here, i heard this website by one of my friends, what i confused today is why i cannot enter the chat room on my office computer? i have already registered. If it's something wrong with my computer settings? Some body help me.....

My guess would be that your office has some firewall and/or security settings that block launching those programs. Many companies will do that, as they do not want their employees doing that sort of thing online when they are expected to be working. I know this is the case where I work. Not sure you can get around the problem, but if you are willing to talk to your web security personnel, you can ask them if that is the issue for you.

FYI ....besides the security issues it poses on company networks, most have company rules against it as well as other reasons.... most companies have termination clauses that can be and are enforced.... i’d check them out 1st
