it looks like it is having an authentication problem... i just got an error message not authorized after i cleared my cache and was not getting pass authenticating at all before i did.... i'll log out and back in to se it will work ........

Mine worked..........little spirit  maybe it is the user 
you know.........but.......what can I say...............heheh.........love mods I am sure are always on top of things if there was a problem

Was not just me. YB, Syndi and Nah.  It just fixed before you tested it. Or maybe it knew it BETTER work before you tried it.

I am sure it was the user................ little spirit is in big denial again............ I rebooted and everything and mind you I was offline for about 2 mninutes if that and was able to get on immediately.........while you were..........still in email mode ......sooo there......... I got off the phone for you but.........it's all good................always happy to help you ..........besides......I jumped back on the phone anyway right after.........my phone has been very busy ringing off the hook tonight

SE,
I was using the I/M system about 8 hours ago without any problems. I know in the past, it's been kinda temperamental. You must be logged in normally (not invisible) or it doesn't work.
I've noticed a change, probably 2 weeks now... when you click on the persons photo, their profile used to pop-up. I was having problems with Firefox and changed some (Java) support programs. I had figured it was affecting the pop-up, but my computer at work is now doing the same thing.
Are you experiencing this change too?
