you also need to remember that it does not work if you are logged on as invisible,

syn and Eternal................I was using it. talking to someone ...and then she wrote me.........and told me she had problems...........then I got on with her.........everything is just fine..........eternal I will im you........   and of course ........they knew the rules that .  ..........everyone was visible  .....Gray...........u's so crazy.............

Yes, Chatillion, I have had many problems with it recently. I assumed incorrectly that it was just my energy affecting it. At one point it was impossible to send the kisses.   and the profile button did quit working entirely.
Last night when it started having the new problem, when I posted to the IM screen a loud POW noise happened that made me jump...came from the speaker and a couple minutes later we lost the window to have the fruitless trying to connect. At first it was a white screen that did nothing then later after notifying in here of the problem, we started seeing it trying to connect. Fruitlessly.
Finally it started giving the popup which it also stopped doing over a month ago that asked if we WANTED to IM. I kept accepting and it offered me the option to always accept popups from this site. Then a few more minutes later it started to work again. Then we were chatting away when Myst popped in, lol! Maybe Myst had to clear HER cache for IM to work for everyone else.
And IM is the only thing keeping YB and I sane waiting for his job to complete so we can get together. Yep! I LOVE my IM!!!!!!!  
Oh, EF, let me know and we can IM sometime.
Gray, I rarely come in invisible and if at least one gold member is visible, you can chat with the invisible one IF the invisible one sends the invite and is gold. You can also sign off md and come back in again without losing the IM window so maybe both can go invisible. We may test that.
Oh, Red, we would be bonkers if we didn't have IM. It is almost like sitting with each other. We are on the phone and sit here sometimes running thru the forums like crazy people. Squirrells during mating season is the picture I get. Running up and down the trees in mad dashes, then eventually disappearing into the leaves....

Yes, I was visible.
Myst, you and I were emailing. We did not IM til after YB and I finally connected in IM last night.
