With the exception of a few characters found in Spanish or French, The Matchdoctor system is English only.
I've only seen a few 'non-english' profiles, usually from South America, France, Canada or Italy, but other languages don't show up correctly.
I'm asking if Matchdoctor can change the system to allow other languages to appear. Maybe not in profiles, blogs or the forums (unless you decide to have specific forums for multi-language member participation) but it would be nice to be able to e-mail some of my friends here in their native language.
So... this is my request: Is there someone at Matchdoctor who make make this possible?

Basically, I cut and paste accented letters from Microsoft Word into my emails and blogs.

chatillion reads and writes chinese tho. right now our programs don't allow for chinsese, but i'm bringing this to the attention of the techs to see if chinese and other languages can be used for back and forth email.
lol, maybe that'll cut down on all the spam referrals to the personal translation sites.

Ah soo....I use the accented vowels -- French, Swedish, etc. I haven't had a problem, but I can see how Chinese (or Japanese, etc) would pose a problem.

You know, ever since I saw this thread I can't stop thinking about how dirty talk in Chinese would be such a turn off.

this (and the science forum idea, among others) has been brought to the attention of the site designers. i haven't received an answer and no one has picked up on this thread.  i'd do it myself, but, lol, i don't know an algorithm from a javascript bot.
