Posts: 1,062 		When trying to have a conversation via e-mail its taking a while. It shows that you letter has been sent about five minutes (if they are expecting it) it shows it was read & then replied to. Then it takes about five minutes til it shows up in my inbox. Is there anything that can be done about it being so slow?

Posts: 125 		Richmondcowgirl I know what your saying. This is why I like to chat with people using my personal e-mail address / IM. I've sent / replied to many e-mails only to find the other perosn as already logged off and it may be hrs. / days before they reply...IF THEY EVER DO. There are some on here that has never OPENED my mail. When I log on I check ALL my winks and e-mail...reply and then get on the forums.

Posts: 525 		Mail will be delivered a lot faster now. Less than a minute.

Before it could take up to 3 minutes for the mail to be fully processed in our system.

Posts: 125 		I just received a notice in my personl e-mail that I have a new wink...I click on it only to find out it was a wink I had received 18 hrs. 36 mins. earlier. This is not the first time this has happened....why does it take 18+ hrs. to be notified that I have a new wink???

New Wink Alerts are sent once a day.

New Mail Alerts are sent once an hour.

In the near future, you will be able to select the frequency of each alert.

Posts: 525 		Letting everyone know that mail on the site will be delivered within 30 seconds to the other person now. It use to take up to 3 minutes to be delivered.
