Hello,
I am a new/old member of Matchdoctor: old in that I first joined it about 4 years ago and new in that until the last few days I hadn´t accessed this site for a long time.This is because I live and work in Turkey, where the site isn´t accessible.
I started a thread about this a couple of days ago and asked whether anyone knew the reason for this, so I won´t go into it again here. So far, 27 people have read my message about this but there have been no answers - I guess I´m not the only one who´s mystified by this.
Anyway, I¨m on my way to the airport now to get the ´plane back to Istanbul but just couldn´t resist having one more lastminute look at this site. How it has changed! I see that now there are tabs called "shout outs" and "friends". I´m not sure how those work but they are certainly interesting innovations.
When the time comes for me to leave Turkey (early summer 2008, probably), I´ll certainly be back to check all this out from wherever I am. Most likely, I´ll be back in Sydney. Until then, I wish everyone happy browsing, happy dating ... happy everything, in fact.
Oh, and just on the off chance that you may read this and feel like getting in touch (whether about the Turkey/Matchdoctor issue or just to wave hello in response to my profile), you could always email me at the slightly daft email address of {email address removed}. (I read through the rules for new members and I couldn´t see anything saying that I couldn´t give an email address and so I hope it´s OK to do that).
