Hi everyone I'm new to the forum scene and to the whole online dating thing. My original purpose was to meet someone and start dating again but the more I read on the forums I really want to make some new friends first and the dating will work itself out sooner or later. You can never have too many friends  and a true friend is priceless! I've always been the shy quiet type and haven't changed that much through the years but I do have a quirky sense of humor that has helped me make a few friends. Unfortunately most of them are dead now  I was born the oldest of 5 kids and a military brat to boot, started traveling at the tender age of 6 weeks and haven't stopped yet. I would like to make new friends, male & female, and ages don't matter, I think everyone has something to contribute !

Hello Monalisa,
I am glad you made a Tennessee post. I live 50 miles south of Nashville and spend a fair bit of time in Nashville. Last week a friend and I went downtown and visited several clubs with country bands. Lots of fun. I had only been there in the daytime, so it was much different.
I am like you, one can not have too many friends!
