Figure this is where I should post my first thread and introduce myself. . . 
A sense of humor is paramount, as is the ability to be serious when it really counts. Finding a sense of balance in ones life is THE most important thing. That is basically the words I live by in a nutshell.
I believe in preparation and planning for the future. A REALLY good way to learn this lesson is to live in a town that was put on the map by being the first place IN RECORDED HISTORY to be hit by the eyewalls of 2 consecutive category 4 hurricanes!!
(Sigh . . . ) . . . Florida, it can really be America's wang sometimes. Just tell Main to turn its head and cough  BUT . . . lesson learned. A lesson that will last me a lifetime.
I have what is pretty close to a photographic memory. Very little details do not escape me, and they stay with me for long periods of time. This can be both a blessing and a curse to be honest. It means that I remember kindness even when it is in passing and others forget it, and it also means that I do not easily forget those who have deliberately set out to hurt those whom I love.
My profession is Massage Therapist (AKA Alternative health care practitioner.) And my hobbies include photography, photoediting, the outdoors, and I am presently working on (finishing up) what I hope will be my first published novel  I've got my fingers crossed on that one. 
I love pets, kids are my favorite kind of people, and I am very family oriented. Being family oriented by the way was not a trick that I learned from my father, more to the point he taught me exactly want NOT to do, and who I DO NOT want to be. Thus, I believe that I am the type that can adapt to the cards that I have been dealt and still make a something positive out of life.
My dream is to become a published and successful author. Only time will tell but I think that I am on my way.
So . . . thats about me in a nutshell, cant think of much more to say at this point. Hello and many greetings.
Oh . . . yes one more thing (probably important )
I have come to this forum looking for an interesting enough interaction that I am actually compelled to turn on my computer and see what happens next. That would be a better start then most so called relationships which are based more on sex and a passing fondness then on actual caring and a REAL emotional/physical attraction. There is a HUGE difference between the two.

Inquisitive ..you really ought to be told, since you are new.... Cold in Wisc IS so hot that she is under Doctor's orders (MatchDoctor's, that is) to not reveal any more than one half of a body part at any given time.

Painter . . . what are your training for?
I have my national certification for Swedish. But I have went for more CEU's and am quite proficient in everything from Hot Stones (which I love) to Neuromuscular Therapy. I have found that a combination of techniques can can work WONDERS for people.
I have a couple of funny stories to tell. You'll see ALL kinds come into your massage room.
