A middle aged woman went to a Wal-Mart service counter and tells the clerk she wants a refund for the toaster she bought because it won't work. The clerk tells her that he can't give her a refund because she bought it on 'special'. Suddenly, the woman throws her arms up in the air and starts screaming! "PINCH MY NIPPLES! PINCH MY NIPPLES! PINCH MY NIPPLES!!"
The befuddled clerk ran away to get the store manager in front of a growing crowd of customers. The manager goes to the woman and asks, "Ma'am what's wrong?" She explained the problem with the toaster, and HE tells her that he can't give her a refund because she bought it on special. Once again, the woman throws her arms up in the air and starts screaming, "PINCH MY NIPPLES! PINCH MY NIPPLES! PINCH MY NIPPLES!" And doing so draws an even more HUGE crowd! In shock, the store manager pleads, "Ma'am, why are you saying that? In a huff, the woman says,"BECAUSE, I LIKE TO HAVE MY NIPPLES PINCHED WHEN I'M GETTING SCREWED!"
The crowd broke into applause and her money was quickly refunded!

Walmart had done that once too often to me.
One day I was sitting in the snack bar watching people come into the store. A guy and girl in there 20's were looking at the baseball caps. A few minutes later ,I saw them waling out of the store with them on there heads ,without the tags. I went over and told the store manager they did that ,and he said they already left the store. I can't do anything about it. To hell you can't! Detain them and call ;the police. This but but one of many I have about Walmart!

Actually, it is true that once a perp has left a store, nothing can be done. They have to be detained before they leave (unless they are being pursued already and exit while being chased).

OH, I have one about Walmart
OK, We go to the video department and ask if we can open a DVD set before we purchase it because there is a manufacturing defect that we are aware of and we do not want to go through the hassle of returning it if the ones they have are defective too. The clerk tells us no, that we have to buy it first. We go to the front of the store, purchase the *@# thing and open it before leaving the register. It is defective! We ask for a refund and she says we have to go to customer service. We walk straight to customer service and she tells us we already opened it and cannot return it. We have NOT left the store! We get somewhat upset and she rethinks her position and decides to give us our refund. Now, what about those poor suckers who do not know about the manufacturing defect and do not open it until they get home?

If it is a manufacturing defect, the place where you bought it is liable. They will only give you another copy of the same DVD, though; you won't get your money back.
At least, that is what happened to me with a Buffy season DVD set. There were two copies of the same disk in there, which was a manufacturing defect.
I would think they would have to at least replace something if it is defective. And how would anyone know it is defective if they don't open it???!?!?!

They have not been hiring in Tucson for at least two years. The people that work there have to put up with so much stuff, that you need a personality that can let it roll off. My store is so junky that things are piled up and the hordes of people who come on the weekends ,don't seem to mind at all .They do little if any recycling for the area.. They also put out of business, 20 local store within a three mile radius. Big box stores are a death sentence, for our area. We have three defunked K-marts and the property is still vacant but Walmart still buys people off and a new one goes up.

I was setting up my VCR for the first time and I had no idea how the cords go into the back of the set. I go into Walmart and this guy who tries to help me says come back with a drawing of the terminals and I will help you get the right set up then... I come back and he helps me so to speak. I buy the wrong thing, sand they won't retrun my money. The next day I come back armed with knowledge and another drawing and the new gentlemen say the first guy was out of his mind for suggesting that set up to me. Was that and epithany or What>>>
