Let me see if I understand all this.....
IF YOU CROSS THE NORTH KOREAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET 12 YEARS HARD LABOR......
IF YOU CROSS THE IRANIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU ARE DETAINED INDEFINITELY....
BUT, IF YOU CROSS THE U.S. BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET A DRIVERS LICENSE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, WELFARE, FOOD STAMPS, AND FREE HEALTH CARE.
I guess I still don't understand...

You are making a false comparison. In the first two examples, you presume that the person is caught by the authorities. In the third, you presume they are NOT caught.

yes humorous...but so real and uncontrolled, I am sick of seeing all these people get so much help that I pay for, and then "they do not particularly like us,  and will not speak English, and believe me I use to be color blind!

Actually, what we should stop doing is comparing apples to oranges. The "percentage of wage earners" doesn't compare what percentage of all money earned those 10% earned. It's a false comparison.
