I think this Tiger team could make some wave's. Jim Leyland is a winner and know's how to instill that in this young team. I was living in Michigan in 1984 and went to about 10 game's. The fan's will give them great support. It could be a fun summer if this team is competitive. I think the playoff's are possible. It's early and I am optimistic.

Yeah, the Tigers have been gaining steam over the last few years. I think they should have given Trammel one more year but we'll see.

Looks like it's gonna be a wild year for the Braves. They have scored more runs in their first 6 games than any team since 1882. yes, 18 82. Conversely, they have allowed more runs than they have scored. What a roller coaster, huh?
Watched them play the Giants today in SF. Beautiful day there, tho disappointing game. Ah well, we'll see what happens with the rest of the series.

I can't get the game televised tonight but the Tigers already have a 5 run lead over the Rangers in the bottom of the third.

Baseball is my favorite My sons, as you may know are both pitchers.. Shea (yes after the stadium) is having ASU look at him next week. But he would like to go to OSU.
Dylan is still a sophmore so he has more time....
My younger bro was a professional baseball player.......Pitcher also.
