I really enjoyed the All Star game and all the other things that went along with it,
Now, look at the stats people and remember them when the season ends.
This game in my opinion starts the beginning of the end of some teams that have been on top all season.
Remember the Nationals last year?

There are only 3 teams above .600 right now. Tigers, White Sox and Red Sox and the Red Sox are just barely above .600.

The Tigers have a 4.5 game lead over the White Sox but they have 13 games to play against them yet. That will be the true test.

it is amazing how the tigers have played this season! can they continue through august? wouldn't it be nice to see the wildcard come from the central and not the east?

it is amazing how the tigers have played this season!
Especially considering the fact that they've been playing without one of their best pitchers since early June. Fortunately Maroth is expected back on the mound in August (Hopefully)
