They don't have to "poke around on a dating site". You can google your name and it brings you right here to your posts.

I would like to try it for insomnia and pain levels. It seems to me it would not have as many side effects as narcotics. Plus the fact that drs will not prescribe narcotics after 90 days. I have tried at least a dozen anti inflammatories and can not take them because my body will not tolerate them. I suffer from pain and sleeplessness every day but fear trying MJ for relief. God forbid I had to go to jail for trying to medicate myself when drs can't or won't.

Spydie...I take back the stupid remark - that sounds smart to me. Actually I was thinking in terms of driving under the influence, and the fact that I'm still very much employed and subject to drug testing.

Heaven, I would be scared to purchase it for fear of being arrested. You would have to use in moderation and use it the same as prescription drugs. They also say do not drive or use heavy machinery and such. Did you know you could be charged using a legal prescription if they pull you over and say you were driving dangerously.
I don't know what the going price is but I would bet it is cheaper also than prescription meds.
I use to work where they gave random drug tests also...but I don't have to worry about that now.

Well, I've gotten lambasted for it, but I'll say it again...I really wish it would be decriminalized and treated pretty much like alcohol. Use it but don't abuse it!

I hate smoke of any kind. And I thought 420 referred to a big block car engine. I only have one addiction though, I eat too much ice cream.

I'd never heard of 420 till someone here on MD explained it...it had to do with meeting outside for a joint at 4:20 and became a code word. Amazing how educational this site is!
Ice cream? Did someone say ice cream...you just reminded me we're having sundaes at work tomorrow....

oh wow grandparents... Lemme get this clear. 420 is a date. Its the national day for smoking weed k? Now 420 is April 20th but we dont neccessarily say lets 420 refering to smoke which sounds stupid. As for the side effects, its not addictice physically unless you smoke 5 times a day everyday but mostly mental. Depression, Insomnia, bad tempers, mood swings, are just siome of the side effects. YOU CANNOT DIE FROM SMOKING WEED. Unless your smoking something that is laced, or something that isn't pure weed and someone puts something artifical to get a more mellow high, there is no f***in way in hell that you could die from smoking weed unless you do sumthing stupid and try smoking up out of a gun or something stupid of that nature. I agree. They don't have a clue.
It's 4:20 and I lost my lighter!!!!!!
I have smoked, I even inhaled it! Not any more though. I am holding on to that one brain cell I have left.
