Maybe watch your diet and try to get some exercise, it can really make a big difference.
Most days I feel in my 20's until I look in the mirror and wonder who the old lady looking back at me is...some days I look more like an old man ( those are bad days) (lol) long as I dont look too hard. I feel pretty young.
I do take vitamins. I think it helps. I'm pretty active too. Don't stop being active or you WILL age inside and get all stiff and immoble. I prefer liquid vitamins because I think they are absorbed better. Also try to limit your sugar intake ( concertrated sugars) as they will mess with your moods too.
Check on some herbs you can take to regulate your hormones. They have stuff even at walgreens ( I think its called ESTROVIN ?) Try it....
no need to suffer with fluxuating hormones deary. ... most of all if your single and have no man to take it out on !
hehehe
Giving an exact age, I feel about 26 or 27 most days. Some days I feel more about 10, which is cool because I do know how to have fun and am young at heart.

My problem is that in my mind I'm still about 18 or so. However my body moved on without me, to about 105 some days!!! But I work with 2nd graders, I try to stay active and exercise....and in the long run, I just have to basically ignore all the aches and pains and just go on. But doggone, when did I actually get old??

50?? pishhhhh the best is yet to come I promise. The body tries to slow down and give ya pains but ya just keep working it girl. It's the mind and the heart that count, the ideas and the feelings. Every hear of Red Hats Society? Check it out, have the attitude. Hey your close enough that you could even join my chapter if ya want.

Right now, about 100. It's our second day of rain....I'm not used to this anymore!! I HATE cold, dank weather. Once it warms up though, or as soon as I start dancing, I feel about 16. It's heresy to say this here in Phoenix, but I want it to hurry up and warm up!
Eureka...the sun's peeking through the clouds..okay, maybe 90 right now.

Fifty isn't old. I think someone led you to believe that and you held onto the idea. Old is 80 and 90. My grandmother rode a bike until she was 65... my other gandmother worked a farm until 72. Maybe 50 is old for men... but not women :)

Heck...even 80's and 90's can be pretty lively, and I danced with a cousin who was over 100 at the time at my wedding - he and his wife were both 101 when they died, she was slightly older and they died a week apart...some marriages really do last...theirs was over 75 years.
I remember one woman back in Connecticut - 96, smoked 4 packs of cigarettes a day, still drove and was still working (climbing ladders if necessary, no less). One lady who was on a dancing cruise last summer is 95, and one that I run into a few times a week (dancing, of course) is in her 80's. She was over 70 when she started dancing regularly as rehab after breaking a hip - no more osteoporosis for her! Her baby sister (late 70's) talked her into it and they dance showcases together.

I met this lady once near my house. I was driving down the street and saw this old woman on a roof. I stopped in horror thinking she was crazy and confused. I walked up and she told me she was cleaning out her gutters and checking out her roof because she had a leak and was getting ready to call the insurance company. She was 92 and told me she was half indian.... she was spy and alert... actually sharp as a tac. the neighbors told me.....she had a mentally challenged daughter who lived with her that she cared for who was in her late 60's.... a few years later I saw in the newspaper she died, she was 97. She made me think....... I want to go kicking like her. She never thought about how old she was...... she just kept doing whatever she could with no thought to it.
Moral of story... don't think too hard about your age... just enjoy life whatever age you are. its better then the alternative ( being dead)

Well...I am 55, before my hysterectomy which was 3 years ago, I was like a 21 year old, full of energy, after, forget the energy part lol. I just can't go shopping for as long as I did before as I tire more quickly. But sexually speaking, no problem lol. Any questions other questions? lol

At 75 yrs of age, my mother was still an active EMT (emergency medical technician) who rode on ambulances. I'm 55 and work with 2nd graders. They keep me going for sure. Have had 3 surgeries on my left hip but still do water aerobics and try to walk about a mile a day after school. Some days I feel young, but then the weather changes and dang! Then I feel old!!

And in my case I look older so sometimes im forced to act older. But I would rather act a lot younger because then you feel better in the end.

sometimes when I look in the mirror I wonder who the hell that is, I feel way to young to be this age. Yes there are days I feel old/tired but hey that is life, just grin, listen to the bones creak and go for it again.
