I was reading what everyone put and you all seem to have it together, I would love to be that way. But right now i am comfortable with the way that it is. I wear my emotions on my sleves in other words I am too emotional so I have trouble meeting someone.
Write back if you know what I mean.

... I used to be that way, not any more. I volunteer a lot, and love to laugh, so I just talk to any one. And people always tell me, they love to hear my accent, so that helps.

Twenty???????
Looking for older men???? Honey, I've got fillings older than you, not to mention a daughter older than you. Besides my doctor told me to watch out while having sex with a younger woman. The doc says it could be fatal...to which I replied, "what the hell....if she dies, she dies".

i saw the same thing (usually the shoes n purses r older though).
in the early 90s, it sorta hit that i was older than the folks around me. a cashier telling me her mom was my age, n i didn't have any kids. then i realized there were ppl born n the year i graduated n after that were adults. no crisis, but it was like i just realized it. duh
"if she dies, she dies". ur so bad

Didn't Mae West say I'm not bad....I'm good. But when I'm BAD I'm better!

Hi, I may be 20, but I LOVE older men...they're so much more experienced...
Ahhhh Between Senior Brain Freezes I remember thinking that .. Girl have you got a lot to learn.
At a young 66 I have grand daughters older than you,
Like you they also don't have a clue ..
Older Men ARE Great but depends on What you call Old ..
I find that men (Older than me) just can't keep up.
They are boreing, hard to talk to, somewhere lost their sense of humor (or at least have a hard time keeping up with mine)
They seem to be to comfy sitting in their Over Stuffed Recliners in front of a TV Set..
Don't get me wrong.. Nothing wrong with TV ..
but a lot more intresting cuddled up with someone special..
Give this South East Texas Gal a young (around 60 guy) ANY DAY...
Not sure they make these anymore

Hello Mr Wally
60 is not cut in stone
If some guy can manage and is willing
to walk up a hill at at 50 to 80
That might work...
One thing that is absolutely necessary for me
They have to be able to Get to Texas
and pretty willing to live here.
I have a very large friendship base for every one else
Just ask

Lecriveuse, you are a hoot, girl. I read your posts everytime I find one. Does your name have a special meaning? It sounds French?
All this talk about age--I am 66 and having more fun and freedom than ever before! Don't think I'd go back farther than 50 even if I could.

thanks, jeannette. i have so much fun writing and laughing on here with everyone else. yes, my name is french for a writer (female).
age for me is a state of grace (happens 2 b my name, too). the only time i thought 40 was old was when i was in grade school. now, i'm looking forward to retirement and finding some place to enjoy myself.
glad ur seeing the best side of 66 and here's 2 many more good times. i didn't get interesting until 35 (i used 2 b a real pill). too much church i think, but i've made up for it.
