I don't have much choice but to date younger men...the ones my own age seem to be mostly out looking for younger women. Although I have a feeling that PoolPro's definition of older might not extend out this far (but I do have a pool table, not to mention a diving pool!)
j/k, Pool Pro, friends are always a good thing and age is only part of the equation...in the 'real' world, most of my friends are 30 and 40 something, both genders. Like the guy who sticks post-its in strategic spots on my desk at work that say 'Ya wanna?'...I may end up waiving my 'not until you're 50 rule' yet...

Funny, I call myself that regularly, so I don't even think twice about it...business has always had the old boys' network, but we now have what we proudly call the old broads' network. Works pretty well, too....circumventing the irrational is our favorite game. Since we're only at the lower levels of upper management and we all came through the ranks, we love cutting through nonsense to actually accomplish things quickly and efficiently. So you see, I'm an OB and proud of it!

ppl I myself always had troubles accepting the younger men...I guess I would like to find someone a little older than me...just to hear the "oh, my little, young ..." lines once in a while...
i don't know, i might consider 3-4 years at most younger,
but still have mental problems with it...
the first post brings up disgust in me, sorry,
i am very conservative

Common complaints I've heard among women are that older men have rockets that often fail to rise into launch position or once finally erected, they fail to fire. In my humble opinion you are best off with younger men while you can fetch 'em. Don't ask me about my own likely dysfunctional weaponry. I left the battlefield many years ago and have no desire to return.
